Freda’s mother, at home on the farm in Ballydehob, West Cork, hand knits tea cosies with 100% of the revenue donated to Tearfund Ireland.
This year is her fifth year of knitting for Charity Tearfund https://www.tearfund.ie/.. This Christmas it to be gifted to the ‘Refugee Crisis’. To date over €3900 has been raised from the sale of tea cosies, for the Indonesian Earthquake Appeal and Sudan Famine, Children in Crisis and Yemin Crisis.
